Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
Returned items must be:

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong model, color, or defective item), return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items

Refunds
If your return is approved after inspection:

Original shipping fees and discounts used are not refunded.

Wait for return authorization before sending your item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
We recommend shipping with tracking. Hello Vichy is not responsible for lost or untraceable returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours. If confirmed, we will offer:

Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 15 minutes of placement. After this window, cancellations are not possible due to automatic processing.
EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Customers in the European Union have the right to cancel or return orders within 14 days under EU law.
However, refunds will still be issued as store credit only, provided the item meets our return conditions.
